Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breasts (cooked, shredded or cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup (10.5 oz cans)
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Sweet Corn (canned or frozen)
- Garlic Powder (to taste)
- Onion Powder (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
- 2 sleeves Ritz Crackers (crushed, Garlic Butter flavor recommended)
- 0.5 cup Butter (melted)

Preheat and Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.

The Filling- Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, two cans of cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and corn.
- Season to Taste: Add garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir well until the mixture is uniform and creamy.
- Fill the Dish: Spread the chicken mixture into an even layer in the prepared 9x13-inch baking dish.

The Ritz Topping- Prepare the Crumbs: In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter until the crumbs are evenly coated and look like wet sand.
- Layer: Sprinkle the buttery cracker crumbs generously and evenly over the top of the chicken mixture.

BakingBake: Bake at 350°F for approximately 25 minutes. You’ll know it’s done when the Ritz topping is a deep golden brown, and the creamy sauce is bubbling around the edges.
Note- Using Garlic Butter Ritz crackers provides the best flavor profile.
- This dish can be assembled ahead of time and kept in the fridge; just add the cracker topping right before baking.
